The exterior and interior home verification is conducted over live video with local licensed residential Appraisers. The Appraiser will direct the presenter to the relevant areas of the home. Each video walkthrough takes between 10 - 20 minutes.
Each Appreeze appraisal is a fixed cost of $395.
An Appreeze appraisal will include interior & exterior images of the home, a video recording of the walkthrough, home comparables decided by the licensed appraiser, and any other relevant information the licensed appraiser includes.
An appraiser may decide to include a floor plan found in county records, or if one is provided, if they deem relevant and current.
